Signature Online Limited will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address, which you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like Signature Online Limited to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.

Order to delivery normally takes up to 3 working days for UK deliveries, up to 5 working days for European Union deliveries, and up to 10 working days for deliveries to the Rest of the World. At peak times, such as Christmas, deliveries may take a day or two longer.

For UK orders (only), there is an Express Delivery option - orders received before 1300 Monday - Friday will arrive the next day.

The standard delivery charge is £5.00 for UK deliveries regardless of size of order and £20.00 for EU and £25 for other international deliveries. For UK orders (only) a 2 day 'Special Delivery' option is available for £10.00 Next day delivery in the UK is sometimes possible if ordered early. For next day delivery, please call our order line 0844 669 9933.

Please Note:

Newspaper books and urgent deliveries are generally sent via a ‘sign-for’ service.

If your delivery is via our courier service they are unable to deliver to PO boxes in the UK or at International locations

If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, Signature Online Limited shall have no liability to you unless you notify Signature Online Limited by email at info@newspapersremembered.co.uk of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.

Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Signature Online Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
